Nose: Very meaty - pastrami, very peppery, green olives and a touch of leather
Palate: Lots more meaty notes; a big whisky. Blackcurrant fruit pastilles and touch of burnt sugar
Finish: Sponge cake with strawberry jam. A short finish with lingering meatiness and a touch of toasted peppercorns
