Octomore 09.3 – Naturalistic Observation
The third one is a whisky from 100% Islay barley as it is usual in the Octomore-series. 52 tons of malted barley resulted in 134 casks, most of them second fill casks (American and European oak) to give room to the own character of the spirit.
