Omtalt i Outturn januar 2015:
The panel found ripe pear, apple and lychee drizzled with light blossom honey at first. The Scots found chalky Edinburgh rock and the French, minty mineralic Pastilles de Vichy, then marshmallow and nutty flapjack. Fresh ginger on the nose catapulted into white pepper and chilli tang at full strength before apple juice, bitter lemon and dry grass developed. Water opened green perfumed notes of agave, sliced pear and fresh laundry. Sweetness unfolded with dusty marshmallow, nougat, fudge, honey and Love hearts on the nose. The spice was tempered but still tingled with orange blossom and tinned melon on the finish.
